Balfour Beatty apprentices tackle puzzles like this every day. Join them and you’ll be involved in some of the most complex and challenging work out there – earning while you learn, and finding answers that shape daily life.
We’ll support you every step of the way. Your line manager, our development team, ex-apprentices – they’ll all be there to help. And you’ll join a regional network of apprentices, who’ll share the whole experience with you.

HOw to apply
Our normal application process is:
1. Apply online here
2. Complete our online application form. Be sure to complete it in full and include any information that you think is relevant to the role and to you.
3. Attend either an assessment centre or a local interview, depending on the role. This is where you also get the opportunity to find out more about the business, meet our people and get a feel for our organisation!
