Application support
Stage 1. Initial application and a situational judgement test
This is where you’ll enter your name, address and contact details. There are some initial screening questions to answer to check your eligibility for the role. Then you can complete your education and qualification history as well as any work experience.
Stage 2. Psychometric assessment
We use this stage to start gaining an insight into who you are as a person. It’s not a decision-making step. It just helps inform any questions we may want to ask during your interview.
Stage 3. A short online video interview
If you’ve applied to our Graduate programme, then this will make up a part of your application process. It will be viewed by recruiters and used to help shortlist candidates. For applicants to our apprentice programme, this is a very short video, but it doesn’t make up part of our shortlisting process.
Stage 4. An assessment centre – normally in early February
This could be done virtually or face to face. Our graduate assessment centres are longer than our apprentice assessment centres but they have similar content. They include a chance for you to present on the subject you’re applying for, (a brief will be supplied in advance). There will also be a group exercise and an interview.
