Paid Time Off
All full-time equivalent (FTE) employees are eligible for the following Paid-Time Off (PTO) benefit. We encourage all team members to use their PTO and take the necessary break from work time-to-time.
Company Holidays: 10 days
PTO: 18 days (+ 1 additional day at anniversary) maximum PTO accrual limit would be 25 days including base PTO of 18 days and anniversary days
Sick: 3 days
Roll Over & Unused Days
We encourage you to take your PTO by the year-end (12/31). Up to three (3) days can be rolled over into the new calendar year. Rollover PTO expires at the end of June, on 6/30. Any additional unused PTO expires per calendar year on 12/31. Lastly, upon voluntary or involuntary termination, PTO is not paid out.
