Have you used our services? We rely on feedback and data collection to demonstrate the need for our services to support our community.
When you call, after two weeks of services, and upon closure we confidential collect data and research to provide an understanding of the needs within the region.
Data Collection: When you call or email, we gather your name, phone number and email address. This information is stored in a confidential case management system.
Upon your consent, we gather your: city of residence, # of children in your care, your date or birth, reason for referral, race and cultural identity, religion, languages spoken, gender and sexual identity. This information helps us to determine the needs of our community and ensures that resources are appropriately allocated to our organization.
2. Feedback Survey: After the first two weeks of your initial call, we will contact you by email with a feedback survey. This survey is anonymous, or you can choose to provide your name and your email. The questions focus on your experience with us during the first few weeks, and any suggestions you can make to support our development and quality of service. Complete the survey now.
3. Closure Survey. This anonymous survey is provided after your services with our line is complete. This helps us to evaluate whether our services inspired any changes in your family and your experiences.
Share your stories is an initiative of the Ontario Trillium Foundation through the Students' Commission of Canada. It consists of an interview, via phone or video, and provides you an opportunity to share your experiences with our organization. Volunteer participants receive a gift card for participating.
