I am an empathetic and open-minded clinician, striving to meet my clients where they are, build trust, and maintain a safe environment. I am experienced and passionate about working with adults with various forms of trauma, and understanding how this trauma is expressed through challenges such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, addiction, etc. Additionally, I utilize SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) for families impacted by anxiety and OCD.
My goal is to assist people and families to effectively explore their trauma and develop a deeper understanding of the impact these experiences have on their lives; ultimately finding the resolutions and outcomes they hope for. While I specialize in EMDR therapy, DBR, ACT, and SPACE; I offer an eclectic approach and modalities used vary by client.
