Personal information submitted to Biztap will only be collected, stored, processed and displayed for the purpose of providing our NFC digital business card services and related functionality.

Biztap does not sell, rent, trade, distribute, or otherwise provide personal information to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

We only collect information that is voluntarily provided by our customers or information that customers have authorized us to display through their NFC digital business card profiles. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions and authority to provide any personal information submitted to Biztap.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal information against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Where required by law, personal information may be disclosed to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies or other parties in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

(9) Information Published Through the Service

The purpose of Biztap's services is to enable users to share professional and business-related information through NFC-enabled digital business cards.

Information submitted for publication through the Biztap platform may be made available to individuals who access or receive the relevant digital business card. Users should only submit information they are willing to make available for this purpose.

Biztap does not claim ownership of any customer content or personal information submitted to the platform. Such information remains the property of the customer or the lawful owner thereof.

By submitting information to Biztap, you grant us permission to store, process, display and transmit such information solely for the purpose of operating and providing the requested services.

(10) Data Usage

Biztap does not use customer data for advertising, profiling, data mining, or any purpose unrelated to the provision of our services.

Customer information will only be used to create, manage, host and facilitate the sharing of digital business card information as requested by the customer.

(11) Data Subject Rights

Subject to POPIA and applicable law, users may request access to their personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of information where legally permissible, or object to certain processing activities.
