About Us

Precision Tile Guy is a Vancouver, Washington–based craft tile company dedicated to thoughtful design, careful preparation, and clean, lasting results. From the studio and shop at 3801 NE 85th St, Vancouver, WA 98655, the team approaches every project with the same mindset: details matter. Layout lines, surface prep, grout joints, and transitions are all given the attention they deserve so the finished space feels cohesive, comfortable, and built to stand up to everyday life in the Pacific Northwest.

Homes here face unique conditions—moisture, seasonal temperature swings, and plenty of foot traffic. That’s why Precision Tile Guy emphasizes sound substrates, appropriate waterproofing where required, and materials selected to balance form and function. The work doesn’t start with tile; it starts with listening. Each project begins by understanding how a space is used, the look you’re after, and the maintenance level that fits your routine. From there, you’ll get clear recommendations on patterns, trims, grout types, and sealers that align with your goals and the realities of the space.

Communication is a cornerstone. You can expect straightforward timelines, tidy jobsites, and respectful coordination with other trades. If a layout challenge pops up, you’ll know the options—and the reasons behind them—before anything moves forward. The goal is a smooth process that respects your home and your schedule, resulting in a finish that feels tailored, not templated.

Quality isn’t only about what you see on day one; it’s also about how the installation performs years down the road. Precision Tile Guy sources reliable setting materials, follows industry best practices, and double-checks the small things that add up to long-term durability: plane and slope, movement joints, and compatible products from prep through grout and seal.

As a local business, Precision Tile Guy values relationships as much as results. Vancouver neighborhoods, from new builds to classic homes, each bring their own character—and the tile work should complement that. Whether your style leans modern and minimal or warm and textured, the craft stays consistent: clean lines, crisp edges, and a finish that feels right at home.
