Welcome to my Title I Math 2019-20 website. We are using a new method of Title I Teaching called the "Push-In Method" which allows me to go into the classrooms and work with all the students as allowed in School-Wide Title I Math. This allows students to keep both of their electives. I will be traveling to different math classrooms on a rotating basis. If your child is already in a collaborative class, that means that there are already two adults in there to give them extra help. I am trying to make sure that I reach all students that are not receiving any additional help at all.

I look forward to a great school year. Please feel free to contact me via e-mail should you have any questions throughout the year.

Just a little information about myself. My husband Jeff and I both graduated from Bixby High School in 1980. Our oldest son, Jacob, married his high school sweetheart Chelsy and they have blessed us with 2 beautiful grand-kids; Jacey who is 8 yrs old and currently attending Jenks West Elementary. Their youngest is Jax who is 4 yrs old and also attending Jenks Public schools. Our daughter Jenna met her husband Trent in college and they are living in Midlothian, Texas where they have also blessed us with 2 more wonderful grandchildren. Jett, who turned 4 on his last birthday, is their oldest while his little brother Jagger just turned 1. He was born on 8-1-18 (which is a palindrome for you math people out there). My husband attended University of Montana on a wrestling scholarship but all the "rest of us" are Oklahoma State University graduates! Go Pokes! We are truly blessed family. I became a teacher because of the teachers in my life that made a difference as I was going through school. This is my 33rd year of teaching and I can hardly believe that the years have passed by so quickly. I leave you with one of my favorite quotes:

The two most important days in your life are, the day that you were born, and the day that you find out why.

~ Mark Twain
