Costs

The cost of the festival is:

$200 (USD) per student attending - for every 10 students attending there is a free teacher place available. 

(Additional teachers will be required to pay the $200 participation fee. )

This cost includes 

All meals and activities for the duration of the festival.

Workshops and evening activities. 

Transport from the hotel to the BIS campus each day for the activities, and to the airport or back to the hotel at the end of the festival. 

A water bottle, a hat, a t-shirt and a bag to be used during the festival and kept as mementos for the students.

Flights to Vietnam

Cost of Hotel accommodation

Transport from the airport to the hotel on arrival. (This can be arranged through the hotel)

Any visas required to visit Vietnam
