Healthy eating recipes

Top tip - try to use only a little sugar. The apple adds to the sweetness. Also the cinnamon could be swapped with nutmeg or vanilla.


Fruit pizza - A base (melon, pineapple, apple), replace the tomato with yogurt, cream or honey. Top with favourite chopped up fruit.


Smoothies - favourite fruit, blend with milk, yogurt or a bit of fruit juice. If you use frozen fruit and add banana it makes an “ice cream”. You can also add oats, cous cous or buckwheat.
