What do we need you to do?
Please be in your room at 9:05 am to receive the University Rep(s) who will come along at that time. They will probably have a laptop and will want to plug in to display slides on your tv or projector, they may need speakers/sound. Please help them get connected up and ready to go. If there is an issue with this set up that you can’t solve, email helpdesk for assistance. IT support will also be hovering around the classrooms, ready to support you.
At 9:10am there should be a group of students arriving for the workshop/presentation. Just help them to come in and get seated. Half way through the period this group should depart and a new group should arrive. The Rep(s) stays on to repeat their presentation. If the Rep has not finished their first presentation by 9:40am please tell them its time to stop and start getting ready for the next group.
Please stay and help supervise and we would particularly appreciate any feedback you can give, on how the Reps were in their presentation (helps us to select or not Reps for workshops in future). If you do leave - please pop back just before 9:40am to help with the group swap over, as described above.
Hope this makes sense - any issues, please let us know.
