Sports physical: Must be done prior to the start of the season
Impact testing (Freshman, Juniors, anyone new to BPS, any 7th or 8th grader, any student who missed it the prior year, OR any co-op student athlete): To be completed the second day of practice at LHS.
Register for the team HERE and pay the registration fee HERE: Must be done prior to the start of the season

Mon: 4-5:30 PM @Bismarck Aquatic Wellness Center (BAWC)
Tue: 5:40-7 AM @LHS & 4-5:30 PM @BAWC
Wed: 5:40-7 AM @BAWC & 4-5:30 PM @BAWC
Thur: 5:40-7 AM @LHS & 4-5:30 PM @BAWC
Fri: 5:40-7 AM @BAWC
Each student athlete is responsible for their own transportation to and from each practice. Bussing is not available. Lots of athletes carpool!
Bolded are required for all athletes. High school athletes are required to be at all practices, and middle schools are encouraged to come to dryland AM practices at LHS. If an athlete is in another sport or club a set schedule will be determined.

Swim suit (skin tight such as a jammer or brief)
Swim cap (you will get a team issued one)
Swim goggles
Transportation to and from each practice
