Information

Each school year, the choral students at Legacy High School will perform in at least four formal concerts.

In addition, choral students may choose to be involved in an auditioned extra-curricular vocal ensemble, audition for and participate in honor choirs, and compete in the NDHSAA WDA and State Vocal Contests. 

During the fall semester, Legacy High School students can participate in the production of a Broadway musical.  Student involvement includes acting, singing, dancing, backstage crew, makeup and pit orchestra.  The Fall 2025 production was Spamalot. The Fall 2026 production will be Phantom of the Opera.

Legacy vocal students have the opportunity to earn a letter award in choir by meeting a set criteria of requirements.  Letter awards are presented at the end of each school year.

The choirs at Legacy High School tour every other year.  All students involved in choir for both semesters of a tour year may participate.  In the spring of the 2026-2027 school year, the Legacy Choirs will tour to New York City.
