2026 Season Start Dates and Information:

Practice is at 8:00 a.m. on Aug. 10th at Century HS. Boys will meet in room E106 and Girls in room S107.
A physical examination must be completed prior to your student participating in a practice (This is not necessary for 6th grade participants). Physicals are good for the current school year as long as they took place on or after April 15th of the preceding school year. There will be a section in the online registration for you to upload the physical. A valid copy of the physical must be uploaded here or your student will not be eligible to participate.
Complete the online registration for your student/athlete. The links below will take you to the activities page online registration. Click on the icon for activities registration. In this process you will be asked to fill out some general information, upload a physical, complete the code of conduct form, complete a medical history/information section and complete a section on concussions.

HMS/CHS 2026-2027 Athletic Registration (Grades 7-12) - HMS Athletic Registration 2026-2027 (6th Grade ONLY)
Pay the appropriate activity fee in one of two ways.
1. Activity fees can be paid in the office at your student’s school or you may choose to take advantage of www.mypaymentsplus.com.
2. MyPaymentsPlus allows you to pay for all activity fees in addition to depositing lunch money, paying for parking passes, etc. and does not charge a fee to do so. MyPaymentsPlus also allows you to see a history of your payments so you know when you made a payment and what the amount was.
Once you have completed the online registration, uploaded a physical and paid the fee for your student/athlete he/she should be registered and ready to go for the school year.
You should not have to complete a new registration each time a new season rolls around as long as all items (including all activity fees for the year) were taken care of in the initial registration. You may choose to pay your activity fees each season or you may choose to pay them all up front if you know your student will be participating in that activity.

Kids need to have 9 practices completed in the presence of a coach prior to competing based on NDHSAA rules.
We are inviting any 6-8th graders to practice with the high school teams before their season starts, as long as they have completed the registration process.
Appropriate running shoes, shorts, a water bottle, and a watch will be necessary to practice.
Our first meet of the season will be on 8.28 - The Rusty Bucket at McDowell Dam. Information will be placed on the website as it gets closer to this event.

Practice from Aug. 10th - 15th

Practice will be from 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Locations will vary daily. Make sure you check the weekly schedule on locations.
The weekly schedule will be place on the website on Sunday's mid-morning.

High School Parent Meeting will be Wednesday, August 12th at 5:30 p.m. in the Century HS Auditorium. As coaches we ask that a parent is present as lots of important information will be presented. Thanks!

High School Pictures will be on Friday, August 14th at 8:00 a.m. at Jaycee Park (bridge)

Middle School Parent Meeting will be Monday, August 17th at 5:30 p.m. in the Horizon Middle School cafetorium. As coaches we ask that a parent is present as lots of important information will be presented. Thanks!

Middle School Pictures will be on Thursday, September 3rd at 4:00 p.m. at the Horizon Track.
