Proctors:

• By Friday, 4/12/19, please do the following:
  • Confirm login access to www.nwea.org
  • Watch MAP Proctor Video, as a review
  • Scan through MAP Proctor Troubleshooting during Testing to help for Monday
  • ELA/MATH teachers, please remind your students with oral accommodations to bring personal headsets.

Notes for Proctors & Buddy during Testing:

• Attendance rosters will be on outside of doors, please mark accurate attendance before testing
• "Need of Assistance" signs will be available for restroom break/questions
• Students are allowed to use scratch paper/pencil (provided at each door Monday/Tuesday)
• Students with oral accommodations will have access to speech to text. We will have headsets available for those that do not have their own. Calculators are embedded, unable to use as an accommodation.
• Resolution issues:
  • while in the chromebook login screen
  • Type <ctrl> + <shift> + 0 (<zero)
  • Must be at 100%. Once updated, chromebook needs to be shut down.
• As you have students complete testing in the rooms, please ask to borrow their chromebook and you place outside in the hallways. Please label the chromebook with a post-it stating the room # you are in.
  • We will be sending students back into testing rooms, as we get more chromebooks available.
