Reminder-- Doors open at 7:15am and dismissal begins at 3:10pm, all students need to be picked up by 3:30pm unless attending ASP.
Breakfast is served until 7:35am.

State Law Update:
Dear BISD Families and Staff,
The State of Texas issued a new law prohibiting students from using “a personal communication device while on school property during the school day.” The prohibition includes any devices capable of sending or receiving personal communication, such as cell phones, smart watches, air pods, and personal laptops.
If your child brings a personal communication device to school this year, he or she must store it out of sight and be powered off during the entire school day.
Exceptions may be available to students with a physician's order or who receive accommodations according to a 504 plan or an IEP. If you have any questions, please contact your principal.

Texas law requires students who do not achieve approaches or higher on STAAR grades 3–5 be provided accelerated instruction. If your child is receiving accelerated instruction, we will be utilizing iXL as a supplemental curriculum to help with targeted instruction.
