I have wanted to be a teacher ever since I was a preschooler teaching my stuffed animals. There are quite a few teachers in my family, from elementary all the way up to the University level. I guess you could say teaching is in our blood. It's what we do.

I have two boys. Bo is twenty-one years old and is currently a full-time 911 dispatcher, while going through the police academy full-time. He graduates in October, and I couldn't be more proud of him!

Chance is seventeen and a senior at BHS. He plays baseball, works for Door Dash, and he works for a transport service driving vehicles to and from the auto auctions. I am in awe of his work ethic!

In my downtime, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, shopping, reading, doing yardwork, going to the gym, and watching Netflix.
