I teach theatre because I believe in the transformative power of storytelling. Theatre gives students a voice, a place to belong, and a space to explore who they are and who they might become. It teaches empathy, risk-taking, and resilience. These skills that extend far beyond the stage.
My classroom isn’t just about scripts and spotlights. It’s about building confidence, cultivating creativity, and empowering students to collaborate, take ownership, and find joy in the process. Theatre teaches us that every role matters—onstage and off—and I’m here to help every student find their part in the story.
