Can I edit the distribution lists?

No, you can't edit the main distribution lists such as "Woodward Staff" or "WMS Student". However, you can create your own Gmail "Groups".

Can I block email from a person?

Yes, you can block an individual from sending you email. In the message, go to the chevron next to the reply icon and select "Block [sender's name] from the drop-down menu.
