Fitness Challenge

Weekly Fitness Challenge - January 7-10

The challenge is to complete two workout per day. The idea is to create a movement break for yourself at different times of the day. Keep track in your mind how you feel before moving your body and after your workout and you will discover that you usually feel much better during the day after moving. The workouts below are ones we haven't used in our morning workouts or in on-line PE. Try and do the workouts at different times and not back to back. However, if you realize that you missed a challenge it would then be ok to do two in a row in order to meet your goal.

Good luck completing this weeks fitness challenge. I have put the challenges here separated from the workout page, there were some students who had a problem not being able to watch the videos. I think it was from to many videos on the same page so hopefully this helps out. If you have a problem viewing a video you could replace a workout with one we've done earlier found in the google classroom, use one on the workout page, create your own workout or have your parents help you find a kid workout that you like on YouTube.

January 20-23

It is nice to hear of student's completing the workout challenges at home and on their own, impressive. Since we have conferences this week it will be a bigger challenge since we will, hopefully, stay off our computers as much as we can. However, if you're one who knows how much better it feels to move during the day we will have the workouts up just for you!
