The supposed mythical Mongolian death worm, thought lost by time has resurfaced. " Due in part to recent climate change and overall landscape changes in the Mongolia area, people have started seeing things they described as long pink worms, they were massive in size and had tons of teeth." This is what a Cunningham news biologist has said while working on the field in Mongolia.
This picture shows how people in the past have dealt with these things. Since they have only just resurfaced there have been no sightings of adult ones of this size but we can only hope they never come back with this much strength and ferociousness. According to it's ancient Chinese lore it usually gets around two to five feet long, much smaller than in this picture, and it has a red color. It is also said that it releases an electric shock not unlike an eel in the sea.
One of the other important facts we know about is the habitat they use and thrive in. We learn this from ancient Chinese folklore. It is said that the death worm stays within hot climates and reigned over the Gobi dessert for many years before they were eradicated. To the left you can see the Gobi desserts proximity to both China, Mongolia and Himalaya.
We don't know when these beasts will strike again but by the time they do we hope your prepared for it. If you live in a cold climate don't fear this monster because for now he cannot get out of the region in which they are located in. A report of 5,678 people have seen this monster, and that number will continue to rise daily.
