how did pennywise get his name?

How did Pennywise the Clown get his name? This has been a question shrouded in mystery ever since he started kidnapping and killing the younglings at the Jedi Temple. It was all unclear until a store clerk at a convienence store spoke out. He claims Pennywise had purchased a candy bar from his store and he was the one who came up with the name. Here is the story according to the clerk, who calls himself Dobbs: "So I was sitting around and then this butt ugly clown came up to me and decided to purchase a candy bar! I really like candy bars as well because they are yummy and... (editors note: Dobbs goes on and on about candy bars so we cut most of it out) and thats why I like candy bars so much, anyways, he gave me a 5 dollar bill and I needed to know how munch change he needed. He instantly said 82 pennies before I could punch the numbers into my calculator. Its a really good one where the buttons and rock solid and the... (editors note: Dobbs goes on and on about his caculator, which we have also cut out most of it) and you can play Pokemon on it, anyways I was very impressed, I shouted "Hey, you must be pretty Penny Wise!! The clown really seemed to enjoy that nickname and he asked me to call him that. I just said "no" and he said "understandabble, habe a www.google.com/images and then he bolted out the door with my cash register." Dobbs then left the building to play Pokemon Go after stating the story so no questions were asked.
