has science gone too far?

It may sound crazy but scientists in Japan are able to change the human genome for a short duration of time. This means that people will be able to turn into different creatures at will. A known user of a device like this is the hero from the childhood series Gwen 10. In this series a man named Gwen and another kid named Devin have powers. Gwens power is much like this device. He could transform into any animal and it only took 3 cycles of intense pain to do so. But afterward he was that animal in every way, even intellect. As a bird he flew into a window and broke a wing. As a lion he killed animals but faster animals took the meat. But he would always recuperate after about a week. He wore a choker that called the bitrix. We think that scientists might have gone too far making this new invention. It won't be available to the public until it's 2025 release date.
