September 2023
The Kids Code Clubs for 4th & 5th grade students are gearing up for a great school year filled with fun activities and challenges. Middle School students will also have the opportunity to obtain in-depth skills related to Computer Science and coding this school year by joining the Girls Can Code Club .
Students participating in these clubs will have the opportunity to learn about different programming languages, code a small robot, participate in Coder Z missions programming a virtual bot, among other skills. We are very excited to be able to offer this opportunity to students in our community.
To learn how you can join the Kids Code Club or the Girls Can Code Club (middle school) at your campus during the school year, ask a member of your office staff, or contact the ISET Department at 956-554-4773.

Whether it’s through class discussions in a whole group or having students log in and complete work independently, Flocabulary has hundreds of lessons to keep students engaged, help them connect with characters that represent a diverse student population, and hopefully, learn some academic vocabulary along the way!
