The purpose of this survey is to assess the technology needs and interests of the teachers, library media specialists, and counselors of Oakville High School in St. Louis, MO through the use of a Google Form.
Oakville High School is located in St. Louis County in a suburban area. It is a 1:1 school; each student has a district issued Chromebook. This survey will be administered to the classroom teachers, classroom aids, counselors, and library media specialists of Oakville High School. Our audience's ages range from 22 years old to 70 years old. All teachers are provided with a district Gmail address, and are familiar with the basic functions of Gmail, Google Drive and Google Classroom.
The purpose of this Needs Assessment is to learn the type of professional development the target audience would prefer to be given in order to create professional learning opportunities and training videos to help the target audience better utilize technology in the school environment.
