Volunteer Coordinator Chair

Duties: 

• Oversees the running of the 2 grade level parties

• Support and disperse information to teachers and volunteers throughout the school year.

• Participate in board and general membership meetings

Membership Coordinator

Duties:

• Sets membership goal at the beginning of the school year

• Responsible for promoting and educating families on the benefits of joining PTA 

• Organize and participates in membership drives (Meet the Teacher and The Learning Showcase)

• Maintain accurate records and pays TX-PTA dues if needed

• Provides membership updates with current membership list during PTA meetings

• Participate in board and general membership meetings

Fall Committee

• Work as a committee, with direction from the executive board, to assist with two fall events: Wheels and Thrills skate night and the Thankful Cart.
