State GT PD Requirement
The state requires teachers who provide instruction and services that are a part of the program for gifted students have a minimum of 30 hours of professional development that includes nature and needs of gifted/talented students, assessing student needs and curriculum and instruction for gifted students.
These hours can be earned through 1 of 2 courses, specific to elementary and secondary.
Step 1: Register for the *GT: 26-27 School Year 30 Hour State Required Course (This is the same course for elementary and secondary. This course is used to record credit on your PD transcript, not for actual content).

Step 3: After you have completed the Google Class, go back to the Eduphoria class and answer the final assessment question. Click on the button to the right to request credit.
