Select "Reports"
The student dashboard view has a tile with the total minutes for the day located on the bottom left of the screen

I am grading using a daily assignment each day that is based 80% on working for 45 minutes and 20% on completing two learning topics. So for example:
If you work for 45 minutes and complete 2 topics your daily assignment grade will be 80+20 = 100If you work for 45 minutes and complete 4 topics your daily assignment grade will be 80+20 = 100 If you work for 50 minutes and complete 4 topics your daily assignment grade will be 80+20 = 100 If you work for 45 minutes and complete 1 topic your daily assignment grade will be 80+10 = 90If you work for 45 minutes and complete 0 topics your daily assignment grade will be 80+0 = 80 **If you work for 45 minutes BUT you work on a "Knowledge Check" and complete 0 topics your daily assignment grade will be 80+20 = 100examples for if you work for less than 45 minutes...If you work for 35 minutes and complete 2 topics your daily assignment grade will be 62+20 = 82 (35 is 78% of 45 and 64 is 78% of 80)If you work for 40 minutes and complete 2 topics your daily assignment grade will be 71+20 = 91 (40 is 89% of 45 and 71 is 89% of 80) If you work for 40 minutes and complete 2 topics your daily assignment grade will be 71+20 = 91 (40 is 89% of 45 and 71 is 89% of 80)
In general, if you work for at least 45 minutes you will not get less than a grade of 80% for the day :)

You must login to MyMathLab (for grade 8 MyMathXL) Daily and complete your assignments or else you will be marked absent. š¢ I am willing to be flexible with regards to the time of day, however, it is important that you do your daily work or at least work on it for 45 minutes. You will be allowed additional time during the week to complete unfinished assignments and you will not be marked absent as long as I see that you have worked on it for at least 45 minutes on or before that day.
*If you choose to complete some of your daily assignments early, I will give you credit for daily attendance on the date the assignment was scheduled/due.
*For the first week of distance learning (3/23 - 3/27) I realize that you may not have been aware of the attendance policy. Therefore, I am willing to grant an extension ending Friday night 4/3/20, for which I will give you credit if you finish all of the work that was assigned the first week in MyMathLab. Moving forward, the attendance policy on the home page will apply.
