Our programs theme this year is “New Team, Same Dream”. This summer our team is discussing continuing to build positive culture and leadership. I asked the returners what their "dream team" looks like and they responded with “our dream team communicates well, has an uplifting and positive environment, with strong leadership that leads by example and encouragement.” This is our goal this year, in addition to making the playoffs for a second year in a row. We want to prove that Haltom can be there again.
