Harakeke took a 'deep dive' into water as part of their climate learning.  We learned a lot of amazing facts about the water cycle and the magical properties of water. Using a SchoolKit resource, we looked at ways to save water at school and at home. 🌳 These are all simple actions that everyone can do to conserve water on a daily basis.

Recently, some of our manukura shared a Quechuan story about a hummingbird to highlight how we can make small changes that add up to big mpact.

We are so proud of what we can do!  At Garden to Table us kids do everything!  This term we celebrated one whole year of being a model school for Garden to Table.

After a visit to the recycling centre in Richmond and the York Valley Landfill, we decided we needed to think more deeply about what we do with paper waste we create at our school.
