Before we get started let's make sure your BioTrackTHC system is integrated into your states Health department's system
Follow these steps to check your system is integrated

Login to the system, then go to
Administration > State Monitoring > Settings
Hostname : cannabispr.biotrackthc.net
Email: This is the email you have registered in PRDOH
UBI: Your Unique Business Identifier
Password: Your PRDOH Password
15 day Start: The day your 15 day inventory window was opened
Retry Count: 10
Timeout: 120
Do not have the information above, email, UBI, or password?
