Job description
The job is not a call center. We help customers solve problems and market their businesses. For example, we answer their technical problems with permanent makeup or technology, consult on their business, create their website for them and help them advertise themselves. However, you might need to make follow up calls to customers all day in the beginning to get to know them. There is no rush to make a minimum number of calls, You just need to demonstrate progress with each call.
Discuss with clients and pinpoint their core problem to develop a solution
Utilize all available tools and training to demonstrate how a customer’s needs will be met through a partnership with Biotouch Inc
Update customer records in the company database as required
Manage calls with customers with patience and politeness
Inquire customers on their level of satisfaction with products, usage and technical support
Collaborate with other business developers
Report customer-related issues to the appropriate account manager
Gain product and technical knowledge for better customer service
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by calling on past customers or new inquiries
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to business customers
Helps with questions or inquiries on social media
Helps distributors train to become knowledgeable in their field
Train with Instructors to learn classroom processes and teaching materials
Assist with marketing and sales training for technicians
Other related duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Some college or higher
Great problem-solving skills
Experience with marketing and sales training for technicians
Proficient with Windows and smartphone
Interest in Permanent makeup
Quickly build rapport with people
Experience in B2B
1+ years in Management, Customer Service or Sales
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Ability to prioritize and make decisions independently
Good writing, organizational, and communication skills
Good phone etiquette and diplomacy
Possesses skills in courage and assertiveness
Pass typing test (Min 45 words per minute)
