The idea behind the project sprouted from a 3 a.m. conversation that lasted too long. We were sitting on the couch in Natasha’s dorm room, tired after a long day on set together. The couch would then become a place for set debriefs, philosophical discussions on friendship, and the birth of Pas de Trois. What once started from a couch conversation, came Natasha and Amabel’s desire to bring light to sensitive topics so that others may be enlightened and influenced to seek truth in all things.
Natasha Salvador is a senior Cinema & Media Arts major with a concentration in cinematography. She was born in the Philippines and then moved to Hawaii, where, through this unique upbringing, she learned to be flexible in different environments. She grew up passionate about film from a young age, and film became a creative source of expressing her life experience.
Amabel Theophila is a senior Cinema & Media Arts major with a concentration in production. Being born and raised in Indonesia and having a passion for traveling, she has a strong desire to share global perspectives through the art of film and uncover stories never told before.
