Steps to Resolve the issue

USB driver error E0001005 :

Reason for this error is low USB current flow through USB, It generally occurs if DS84c is connected through USB hub. To resolve this error, connect DS84c directly to the USB port available on laptops or PC. Don't use USB hub to attach DS84c.

USB driver error E0000300 :

Reason for this type of error is using the older DS84c device (Manufactured before April 2014) with the latest laptops having having upgraded chipset. To resolve this error either replace the DS84c scanner (having having manufacture date after April 2014 ) or change laptop or PC.

USB driver error E0007000 :

Reason for this type of error is using the older DS84c device (Manufactured before April 2014) with the latest laptops having having upgraded chipset. To resolve this error either replace the DS84c scanner (having having manufacture date after April 2014 ) or change laptop or PC.

Note

1. This issue is related with the specific laptop models only.

2. We are doing our best and trying to resolve issue soon, So that it will support for all Laptop Models.
