1. Do provide your Identity Card (IC) upon check in for registration. Kami akan memerlukan Kad Pengenalan anda untuk mendaftar.
2. A security deposit will be required (RM50) and will be returned on check out if the room is in good condition. Deposit (RM50) akan diperlukan semasa check in dan dikembalikan semasa check out sekiranya bilik dalam keadaan yang baik.
3. 🕐 CHECK-IN - 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Do inform if you'll check in later than 7pm. Sila maklumkan jika anda perlu check in lewat dari 7pm
4. CHECK-OUT by 12.00 p.m. Do inform if you require an earlier check out (before 8am). Sila maklumkan jika anda perlu check out awal (sebelum jam 8am)
5. 🥶 Temperature at night is around 12 - 18°c. Suhu pada waktu malam adalah sekitar 12 - 18°c.
6. 🚿 When using the hot water shower, turn on a lower water volume to allow the heater to heat up the cold natural water. Sila gunakan volume air yang kecil agar pemanas air dapat berfungsi.
7. If your capacity exceeds the number stated in the receipt, kindly inform us to reserve extra units for you. Jika kapasiti melebihi bilangan yang tertera di resit, sila maklumkan kami untuk reserve unit tambahan untuk anda.
8. Kundasang often faces electricity outages. We provide solar lightings in the units. However, in case of outages, no refunds will be given. Kundasang sering mengalami gangguan elektrik. Kami menyediakan lampu solar di unit penginapan. Namun, jika berlakunya gangguan, tidak ada sebarang refund akan diberikan.
🚫🐈 No pets allowed. Dilarang bawa binatang peliharaan
🚭 No smoking in the rooms. Dilarang merokok dalam bilik/rumah
🚫 No alcoholic and non-halal food in the premise. Dilarang bawa minuman alkohol dan makan tak halal
🚫 No karaoke or loud activities. Dilarang berkaraoke.
🚫 No BBQ. Dilarang membuat barbekue.

🚘 Do take note that these cars struggle to navigate uphill with sharp turns: Van, Nissan Livina, Toyota Vellfire, Hyundai Staria, Proton Exora, Honda Odyssey, Lexus LM, Toyota Alphard, Nissan Serena. Best is to avoid renting them. Please ensure the car rented has no worn out tyre tread (tayar botak).
🧿 If you engage any Tour Companies, please MAKE SURE that the Van drivers can send you directly to the room/houses, and NOT leave you by the ROADSIDE. It is the responsibility of the tour company to provide full transportation services to you.
