Binghamton Mock Trial is a collegiate club composed of talented and passionate students. Over the years, our members have come from a variety of academic departments across the University. While many of our members are Pre-Law, you certainly do not have to be on the law school track to join the team. Theater majors, Biology majors, Art History majors, Russian majors--you name it, you’re more than welcome!

The Binghamton Mock Trial club participates in competitions up and down the East Coast. We are a close-knit group of dedicated students who spend our time learning legal jargon, utilizing case law, and studying criminal and civil cases from front to back. Equally as important as our interest in law is our passion for portraying characters, from criminals to victims. Spending weekends at prestigious universities and competing against schools from all over the country is just part of what we do.
