Will be hosted by Dr. Barrie Overton from Commonwealth University of PA (Lock Haven), and co-organized by Dr. Chris Smyth from SUNY Binghamton. The conference will be held at Liberty Sportsmen's Association (LTSA) in Howard, PA.

There is Tent Camping (Bring your own tent and camping supplies) available on-site at LTSA for $30 per night. If you are planning to camp, please print and mail in this form by April 8th, 2025.
