About me

ARAVIND PRAKASH

I am an associate professor in the department of Computer Science at Binghamton University. My research interests lie in the broad area of computer system security. My research vision is to develop security systems that automatically dissect and understand the inner workings of any software program. I employ program analysis techniques (both source code and binary) in conjunction with hardware features to render software more secure.

I am a recipient of the CAREER award from the National Science Foundation.

Recently, I have been working on C++ reverse engineering, software debloating and specialization, and RISCV hardware-software cohesive security.
