Online Ordering:

Online orders of the specialty “Bill Bakin Box” are limited to residents of New York at this time. We apologize for this sad fact - though they may be picked up locally! Orders must be placed by the 10th of each month. Orders placed after that can not be guaranteed and will incur an additional charge of $15.00. Shipping will take place on or before the 18th of each month. Orders must be paid in full. Customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Bill Bakin is not responsible for returned orders due to an inaccurate address. Returned orders will not be refunded.

Custom Ordering:

Custom orders must be placed a minimum of two weeks prior to the date of the event.

Once the order has been placed, an order invoice will be sent to the email provided. A deposit of 50% is due upon placement of the order and the remaining 50% is due one week (seven calendar days) before your pickup or delivery date. Your order must be paid in full before it is picked up or delivered. All custom orders will come with a detailed description of the order. The description must be agreed upon by both the customer and baker before the order is made.

Transportation:

When picking-up, you are responsible for transporting your order safely. Bill Bakin is not responsible for your order once it leaves the premises. No orders should never be placed on seats in a car, but should instead be placed on the floorboards of the car to remain level. Delivery is available throughout New York City and Westchester County for an additional fee. Bill Bakin does not provide additional supplies (cutting/serving utensils) for orders unless agreed upon and paid for in advance.

Refunds & Cancellations:

Bill Bakin promises to do their best to provide the best custom cakes and pastries. Custom orders are made with love and dedication, please remember that no two creations are the same. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all custom orders, unless pickup or delivery is within a week of a placed order, in that case payment is due in full. If full payment is not received the week prior to the event date, Bill Bakin retains the right to refuse and cancel the order. In addition, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. Once your order is picked up and/or delivered, it has been “accepted” and Bill Bakin holds no further responsibility for the order.
