Upward Bound Applications Available

8th graders interested in help planning for college during high school are encouraged to explore the Upward Bound program offered through the MSU-Billings TRIO Program. Click here to download the Upward Bound Application.

For more information and to obtain an online application, visit the Upward Bound program's website below. The application deadline is still April 3rd. Please scan all documents and email them to your counselor or mail them directly to the Upward Bound office to apply.
