HERE IS THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM PARENTS AND COMPETITORS MUST SIGN BEFORE THEY WILL BE ALLOWED TO TRAVEL.


Student competitors and their parent and/or guardians, please review the requirements carefully.  Coaches will send home soon a form to sign and return that verifies all parties understand and will abide by team guidelines.
