Phase III emphasizes professional growth through the planning and delivering of professional development opportunities for colleagues. This can be achieved in a variety of ways. Phase III teachers will emerge as leaders and mentors, assisting other teachers to improve pedagogy, both with and without technology.

While the expectation is for teachers to "Train it Forward," sharing doesn't look the same for every TILT member. TILT leaders will provide options to be sure each TILT teacher shares in a way that works well for them!
