Course Description: This course provides a comprehensive study in methods of sculpture, hand-built clay construction and basic wheel throwing techniques. Students explore three-dimensional design while developing both useful and sculptural forms. This course will also discuss different clay bodies and explore both low and high fire glazes. Creativity and quality craftsmanship are emphasized.

This course requires a lab fee for supplies and materials.
