                  Our Mission:

To provide early intervention services for 3-6 year old children with disabilities that attend Billings Public Schools. 

At Rimrock Learning Center we promote the development of skills necessary for future success and independence by utilizing developmentally appropriate practices, 

individualized and small group instruction, 

with an interdisciplinary collaborative approach. 

Our program provides a continuum of services to promote 

less restrictive placements for our students as they enter

 school-age programs.

Our focus is to provide for each child’s educational needs by collaborating with families and developing community partnerships
