• All student forms must be completed and your physical and/or intermim medical form must be uploaded in the DragonFly system. If you are new to BSH athletics you will need to create a DragonFly account. Senior High's code is MVD3DL. 

• The following forms are ALL REQUIRED by the MHSA and BPS Activities for ALL athletes PRIOR to ANY participation -- practice or competition.

• Pre-Participation Physical Exam Form OR Interim Medical Form. To determine which of these is necessary for your atheltes please visit the BPS Activities page and read through the requirements carefully. 

• Student Athlete & Parent/Legal Guardian Sudden Cardiac Arrest & Concussion Statement 

• Activity/Organization Information Form

• Family & Medical Information Form

• Final Acknowledgement Form

• Indemnity Agreement

• Media Information Form

• Additionally, the ONE-TIME $30 Student Activity Pass AND the $65 BPS Participation Fee are required before athletes are allowed to compete. 

We are seeking parent volunteers for the 2026 season to assist with the following: 

• Bronc Trot Aug. 22th, 8:00 am @ Riverfront Park (race assistance & potluck) 

• Bronc Bash (TBA) - coordinate salad bar fundraiser

• Locker Decorations (varies) 

• Bus Snacks (varies) 

• Team Dinners (varies)

• Post-meet popsicles (varies) 

• Home meet course guards and volunteers (varies) 

• Banquet decorations and dessert

It takes about $7500 for us to cover our costs for a single cross country season. Without student fundraising we are not able to provide athletes with team t-shirts, provide meals when we travel, host end-of-the-season awards, honor Bronc of the Week winners, or create fun opportunities for athlete engagement throughout the season. In order to reach this goal we ask that each athlete raise a minimum of $150 in one of the following ways: 

1. Solicit sponsorships for our team poster. Click here for the 2026 sponsorship form. Due 8/27/26. 

2. Solicit direct financial gifts from family, friends, employers. 

3. Sell 25 SUV raffle tickets (we keep $6 from each). 

Poster sponsorships are due Thursday, August, 27th and all other fundraising is due by Thursday, September 3rd.
