8:15 Pledge outside, come inside to unpack and start morning work
8:20 Morning Meeting (Show and Share every other week: schedules will be posted)
8:40 continue/correct morning work/fluency practice
9:00 READING (whole group, centers, guided reading groups)
10:00-10:15 recess (not on Tuesdays, because of PE)
10:15-10:20 Snack/refocus on learning
10:20-11:00 WRITING (guided, interactive, journaling, handwriting)
11:05-11:40 Lunch & Recess
11:40-12:00 restroom break, quiet time, read aloud, refocus on learning
12:00-1:00 MATH (whole group, ST, guided groups, centers)
1:00-1:15 recess
1:20-2:00 SCIENCE/SOCIAL STUDIES/WEEKLY READER
2:00 clean and pack up
2:10 carpet time, end of day meeting/story
2:15 dismissal (Wednesdays, 1:15)
SPECIALS
Monday: Mr. Carter, school counselor, will visit us each Monday for a story and discussion
Tuesday: PE (wear athletic shoes)
Thursday: Music (wear athletic shoes)
Friday: Library (remember to bring books!)
