Courtney Bad Bear

Head Volleyball Coach

Courtney is a Bronc alumni where she was a three-year starter for the Broncs. She helped them to a state championship, a third-place finish, and two second place finishes. Courtney is the 7th all-time assist leader at Billings Senior. She went on and played college volleyball at Montana Tech before she came home to join the Bronc coaching staff. She served as the JV coach in 2021 under Karen Switzer before receiving the head coaching position in 2022. This is her third season leading the Broncs.

Naomi Bad Bear

Varsity Volunteer Assistant

Naomi is a Senior High alumni where she was apart of three State Championships. She played college volleyball at Rocky Mountain College where she led the NAIA in blocks.

Jon Sattersten

Varsity Volunteer Assistant

Jon played men's college volleyball in Minnesota before moving to Billings to start his career.

Leah Champlin

Sophomore Coach

Leah is a Senior High Alumni where she helped the Broncs to a state championship in 2022. She went on to play college volleyball at Miles City Community College before coming back to join the Bronc Volleyball Staff. Leah brings a high volleyball IQ, leadership, and passion to the program.

Shannon Moore

Freshman A Coach

Shannon teaches math at Lewis & Clark where she is also the Middle School Volleyball Coach. Shannon has coached volleyball for several years, both in Montana and California. She brings positivety, connection, and support to the program.
