The Senior Wrestling Staff is committed to providing a program that stresses competitiveness, sportsmanship, and mental toughness. We expect our wrestlers to represent themselves, their team, their school, and their community in a positive and exemplary manner. We will provide a supportive atmosphere, with the expectation our wrestlers will be motivated individuals who are dedicated to achieving their greatest potential.

How can wrestling help you?
We intend to help our athletes optimize their strengths in all regards. 3 days a week, we will be working on sports-specific lifts that will help each athlete perform to their fullest potential. That means we encourage our athletes to be the most significant and vital they can be. Weight gain, strengthening, and endurance are our main areas of focus.
For beginning wrestlers, the goal and intent will be to help athletes to focus on themselves. Whatever is needed ensures they can grow in whatever facet of life they want. If that means that we are focusing on building their strength in the weight room, get them acclimated to the necessary skills in wrestling.
If the athlete is a full-time wrestler, they will be challenged in the weight room and wrestling room to get better in the areas of wrestling they want, achieving their individual goals to better the team's success.
For those athletes who are focused on succeeding across different sports and realms, we will be using the knowledge of our expert coaches and weight training staff to ensure that we are helping you achieve your goals.
