IEP Checklist Template Process

1. 📎 Click on the template link.

2. 📃 When prompted, click “Make a copy.”

3.  📂The spreadsheet will open automatically.

4. ⬅️ Click in the top left corner on the title “Copy of Billies IEP checklist.”

5.  🗑️Press DELETE to remove the current title.

6.  ✏️Rename the document to the student's name.

7.  🔁Repeat this process for EACH student:

   • Go back to the website.

   • Click on the template link.

   • Make a copy.

   • Rename it to that student’s name.

8. 💾 When finished, download the completed checklist.

9. 📁 Upload the checklist into YOUR folder, inside YOUR building folder in our Shared Drive Folder.
