Bill Cooke is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 40 years experience. He received his bachelors degree in accounting from the University of West Florida and has been in private practice since 1977. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Cindy Devine is an Enrolled Agent with more than 28 years of experience in Accounting, Corporate Tax, and Individual Tax. She studied Accounting at Pensacola Junior College and has been in private practice since 2006. She is currently a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents. Cindy enjoys all aspects of accounting and is most interested in corporate tax and tax problem resolution.

Constance Courtney joined our staff in October of 2020. Constance handles our bookkeeping and payroll accounts. She brings 18 years of experience in office administration and customer service in many different industries. She earned her Associates of Science degree in Business Administration and specialized in Organizational Administration. Her knowledge of different industries has been a great asset to this company. Constance is a Northwest Florida local of over 30 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage children. She loves the outdoors, hiking, playing and watching sports and enjoying our beautiful beaches.

Ashley Gilbreath joined our staff in May of 2022. Ashley brings with her several years of customer service skills. She is the person you will meet as you enter our office. She is available to help assist you with any of your needs. Ashley is a lifelong resident of Northwest Florida and has a special love for animals. Her main passion is drawing and her other interests include learning the history of art, reading, music and movies.
